Pretty interesting idea. The puzzles are hard without being ridiculously frustrating. Would have given it 5 stars except for the controllers. The jump button didn't respond very well, which caused me to run out of ledges many times.

Rarely have I seen such a promising concept be wasted in such a disappointing boring game. Too repetitive (gameplay and setting), lacks interaction, your interpretation of the future isn't exactly innovative, and to top it of if you loose you have to go all the way back to the beginning.

A game that started with potential, but show few redeeming qualities.

Vivica was largely useless, Sydney was a total badass, Rodney got hungry fast...And for as long as you search for food and medicine you are fine.

Too easy, too repetitive. Would have been better with more dialogue, as these seemed actually fairly interesting characters. Or you know, at least a proper conclusion.

Overall, I'm left with the impression this could have been a much better game

Good gameplay, but it severely lacks any conclusion and it's to easy to "cheat". By far the most effective way of upgrading your ship is keep repeating the 1st level over and over again. Stars should be worth more on higher levels.

Excelent as always. I'm just a little sad there is no ending where Dusty survies ;(

Pretty good game. It's genuinely scary, the overall ambience is great. Truly you must understand the human mind.

I was a little disappointed with the trick you need to figure out in order to win. Some of it makes a certain amount of sense, in fact I came pretty close to winning all by myself. But the last thing makes no sense. Only thanks to the walk-through you linked before (http://www.indiedb.com/games/i-cant-
escape/news/can-you-escape), was I able to win.

The detail of having the Tardis from Dr. Who and the DeLorean from Back to the Future on the background of the space station was a nice thought.

Could have been better

- Too long. After a while it started to get a tad boring.
- Having the shadow man show up randomly was a terrible choice. In the beginning he was kinda scary, then he just became a nuisance, not scary at all.
- This idiotic system of take/use/see. I don't understand why you people do it. When I click on a damned door, I want to open it. When I see a key on the floor I want to take it. When I see a painting on the wall I want to look at it. Constantly having to switch between different actions was a humongous pain in the ass.

That being said, the overall ambience, the story and the very occasional somewhat interesting puzzles (the whole going into the past to change the future was pretty neat) were enough to keep me playing to the end, but it could have been way, way better.

Wow, thanks for the complete feedback!
Hopefully we can address this issue in the sequel :)

Too unbalanced, money is extremely important, but to hard to obtain. The game would be worlds better with a simple modification: Automatically gain money when you kill an enemy. Or at the very least make the power ups stay on the ground for more than a few seconds.

Not very good.

As many people have said, it's boring...events just repeat themselves. There is basically no strategy either, as there is just one real trick to the game:

- Whenever you see a Zombie, don't fight, run!

Once you realize that, you are golden. Now, if I had any suggestions on how to make the game better:

- Give some incentive to fight - Currently there is no reason to do it. You can upgrade your health much faster by training and it's certainly not worth the 2 days of food you occasionally win.
- Make to that you can chose what to look for when you scavenge
- Make weapons and especially armor more relevant (I upgraded my armor who knows how many times and could barely tell the difference)
- Make so that you can chose when to find the trader (maybe make him come by your place once or twice per week?)
- Make bullets more relevant (I almost never had them, partly because I didn't really need them and cause I keep loosing them to the damned mutant)
- The pretty doctor thing? She sounds like she was intended to be a special thing, but how am I supposed to feel good about her coming around when I just spent over 5 days of precious food to get health? Make it so she only shows up when your health is in the red.
- The crazy survivor was very frustrating, as success or failure seemed to be entirely random. We should have a real choice

Sorry you didn't like it.
